what is this posterior distribution representing? is it a posterior distribution of paramaters? Is it the difference in two posterior distributions with one being the posterior distribution of mean from first sample and second being posterior distribution of mean of second sample? little more could have been explained. How did it get probability of mean for prior distribution?

I'm currently doing my first analysis with Bayesian statistics and I still don't understand what the value of the prior stands for, can anyone explain that to me? Furthermore, where does the value of 0.707 come from?
