Incredible video and what a collection. But one (maybe dumb) question. The new AP at 18:50, how is it possible that it’s unworn but the bezel has a almost black discolouring on it? I’m new to vintage and sometimes when they say the condition is exceptional I see lots of marks on for example the hands.

Thanks and not a dumb question at all. This case patina can develop especially if a watch is untouched. A couple wipes with a impregnated cloth will take of the oxidation, but it also looks more appealing and warmer like this

beautiful collection, I am afraid 3700 Willy Engal is fake, this watch was offered to me around 2014 through a vintage watch dealer from Rome (I will not mention his name here) but KOV did talking watches with him as well. He is a very dodgy character in my opinion. I checked the watch and Patek has never made this watch with this dial, extract from archives will confirm the same what I am saying here. Yes, two watches were created by crafty Italian dealer. The other one "CB" was sold by no other but the doggiest auction house in the world Antiquorum. 3700/11 is beautiful and perfect condition. And 5004A Patek made 50+50 pieces, so 100. Too many and it will never be like 1518 steel that only 4 were made (and I believe one of those 4 is fake, so really only 3 were made).

Wow wow wow that Patek 1518, 5004 split second perpetual calendar & the 2499 are my favorite ones he showed , such an amazing collection & so cool to see how much he truly appreciates each watch for what it is! That zenith his first ever vintage watch, the pink gold AP chronograph , the Patek 3700 & 3700-11 are insane and stunning! Such a privilege to see them and hear such detailed history of each. You and Menta Watches should do some videos ect both make the best vintage watch videos in my opinion!
