I really love that the space is divided! That entry way is huge and it's so nice not walking directly into the living room! I like that the half bath is away from the kitchen and that the bedrooms are in the back of the house! I think I'm saving this one!

Very nice! You could reduce the entry size and still keep the coat closet and bench, and make the living room a tad bigger. There's an additional closet that could be used as a kitchen pantry. The laundry room should have an exit door instead of a window to satisfy code. Overall, a good plan.

I love the wall to wall bookshelves in the living room and the kitchen sink in the sunny bay window. Lots of storage in the kitchen as well.

I love this home. The only things I would change is move that half bath next to the laundry room, move the living more forward, make the entrance way smaller, going wider, not longer. In a small home, it doesn't need to be so big. The main bathroom should have a sink cabinet and run the top of it over the toilet giving more shelf space. Also, move that fence to be behind the bay window. The flow thru this house is very nice and I find it extremely cheery. Thanks!

I really like the layout of this home, particularly the foyer at the front door. Very nice. It appears to me that the floor plan is made up of two equal squares, or near enough. I would change the roof over the bedrooms in a peaked roof perpendicular to the roof over the front half. The shallow pitch on the rear roof is going to be prone to issues. The only other change is to move the fence. It is blocking one of the kutchen windows.

It would be nice to have a side deck off the dining room connected to the front porch. Then you could have a sliding door where the window is and have outdoor eating space.

I really like this house and the entry way is awesome and I think the laundry room is adorable. Love that the washer and dryer are not stackables.

Sort of along the same lines of the last one I saw. Really like the coat closet/sitting area to put on/take off shoes/boots and 1/2 bath as you come into the home. Take out the “fireplace” and put in an efficient wood stove. I like a good library, but that was a bit much in the living room. Maybe a one small shelf in there. The kitchen…loved how much countertop space there is, but no real place for a pantry, unless you redesigned that area between the fridge and the beginning of the countertop. The sink doesn’t need to be that big… Liked the laundry room and the possibility that there is room for extra storage in there. Same complaint about the bathroom though. Get rid of those useless shelfs that are only good for Knick knacks and put in some real cabinets for bathroom towels and other bathroom necessities. I would have my second entry/exit in the laundry room and not in the master bedroom.

Although this one doesn’t wow me, it’s okay. The biggest problem I see is that there is not a second exterior door and would likely not meet code in the US. Lack of a second door also means the backyard is difficult to access.

You could easily rearrange things in the laundry room and have a door there. But I think there's a door in the bedroom next to the bathroom.

It looks like the main bedroom has an exterior door. You really only see it at the beginning of the video, exterior shots. Appears to be like a step down from the doorway to backyard. It also may open outward as there would not be much clearance to move inward toward the bed.

You need to add a second door for egress for US building codes, preferably in the dining area. Wouldn’t want it in a bedroom. Nice home, thanks for the powder room, a real necessity!

Am I the only person to see the exterior door to the side patio in the master bedroom? Yes, it would have been better if it was in the laundry room, but there is a second exterior/exit door.

@@ricorosa6432 Good catch! I missed it. Not a big fan of exterior doors in the bedroom but a had French doors once in my master bedroom (it had sliding glass doors which I rapidly changed out). It felt sleep, but my spouse and I keep loaded bang bangs with us. Coyotes love a chicken coop!
