U know MA & MI why Sundar under bowled: GG wanted to play Sundar but Rohit wanted to play Ashwin. Rohit made Ashwin play in Adeled as soon as he joined the team. That the point where the rift started. And Ashwin didn't performed well in that match as much as expected. Ashwin was to be dropped in the next match and Ashwin knew it as Gambhir was more inclined towards Sundar. So Ashwin retired. Rohit didn't like it. Eventually he was complled to play with Sundar. This thing was going on his mind that's is why he didn't gave bowl to Sundar despite tremendous pressure on Bumrah. Rohit knew well that Sundar is far superior bowler that Jadeja in Australian conditions but he wanted to prove Gambhir wrong. He in his ego wanted to show that I can win this match without a bowler that is forced upon me. This is thr reason he didnt let Sundar bowl. If you remember Sundar was bowling before Jadeja and Ashwin against NZ. But here he was not allowed to bowl because of the personal egos. This eventually proved to be a costly mistake and probably costed India the match. They never cared that a young player's confidence might shatter because of this. So much happening in the indian camp and Rohits overwelming emotional responses once made him a selfless caption but now it is proving costly for India. By the way Happy new year😍
