Jaundice
When suffering from Jaundice, one’s skin & the white portion of the eye get a yellowish tinge.
This occurs when the liver fails to remove bilirubin from the body. Bilirubin is a yellowish pigment present in the digestive fluid called bile. A build-up of this yellowish pigment gives the yellowish tinge to the patient’s body.
Symptoms in jaundice:
Dark colored urine, Weakness, Fever, Fatigue, Constipation, Loss of appetite, Headaches, Nausea
Food groups to consume in jaundice:
1. Liquids: Flushes out toxins and replenishes potassium

Salt in food can cause retention of fluid. It could make it harder for your liver to function effectively if you consume too much salt. So salt should be minimised during jaundice. Foods rich in Salt like pickles should be avoided.

Main bahar ka bht khati thi daily bimar hone se pehle isliye mujhe hua kyuki unhealthy unhygienic khana or paani peene se hota hai … pr maine ab chor dia ab 2 hafte me ek baar kabhi kha lrti hu… pr pehle 20 days me maine only ubli hui daal, khichdi only light food khaya tha without zada masala ek dm light salt, heavy khana ni kha skte pet me drd hota tha liver ke side… bht saari cheezo ka dhyan rkhna pdhta hai zada se zada paani pio gulcose wala ,ganne ka juice. Rest ache se kro no bhagna dodna.. bs lete rho bed me agr condition bht buri hai mere jese kyuki mujhse to leta bhi nahi jaata tha na khada hua jaata tha or na chla jaata tha mere liver side bht drd hota tha.. or thoda full bhi gaya tha vaha pe..
