There will no help. Atuls ashes will be in gutter outside jaunpur court. Atul has so clearly metioned judicial malpractice and jurisdictional issues . But high court did not listen to him instead listened to his wife and fasttracked all cases with malicious intent which led to his harassment. Infact high court asked him to pay 50k to his wife for commute from jaunpur to allahabad for mediation. While he has to commute from Bangalore for same on his own money. The judges assigned decides whatever alimony or maintenance they like as they don’t have to pay from their pocket so no one cares. This is not the story of only Jaunpur court, similarly most of the family courts have the same stories. The crux of the incident is one person accepted death over this kind of torture of multiple fake cases filed by his wife, judge being corrupted and taking advantage of the situation and an endless or worthless expectation of Atul getting justice with Indian Constitutional rights. Maintenance guidelines has been well laid down…it’s a biggest joke. If husband gives 70% of his hard earnings then where is the standard of living for husband? If women needs financial support then be open and tell the world she is incapable, then husband will give money. Man will still earn and make his living unlike ABLA NAARI, this is a biggest win for men. Yes in case if women quits her job to maintain the house then maintenance makes sense, but not giving 70% or so. The other joke is calculating maintenance on CTC and not on take home salary. Yes CTC would also have bonus but the bonus is given on the performance and not because of efforts of man’s wife. JOKE family laws
