The inner child in Rajneesh still craves for love and attention which he did not get in his childhood resulting in his low self esteem and very less confidence. I feel very sad for him, even he is successful in his career and is in equally good position as his brother he still feel inadequate. On top of that his parents actively stating that they committed mistakes with him and avoiding his needs is just cruel. And sadly it's a norm in families.
