No. Spring beans don't have the same constraints as EJB.

why use java bean when java has record now...

Records are great. But there are still use cases where you need to go with setters and getters.

@@in28minutes getter is already in record .for setter we can use record's withxxx methods...and this also brings immutability to our objects

Not all applications can be upgraded to latest version of Java just like that.. there can be many applications which will be using all these things..
