The interviewer sounds unprofessional! They have no right to ask why the candidate wants to change his/her company. Leave that job to HR. I have done many interviews and would never ask any questions related to change/package. Just focus on skillset and whether they fit the role and mindset. The interviewer's mindset needs to be changed as well.

A very basic question for beginners /entry-level positions. Not for the lead position, Please change the video caption. also, it seems like she is reading the answers from some source, I see this is not a real interview, the Interviewer is not cross-questioning, the interviewer was like, okay, fine and he then asked the next question in his list. Trying to complete the set of questions he has. Anyway, Thank you for the video.!
