hey , can you little bit explain about what are the major factor an interviewer see in a candidate ..i mean its all about answering the question or something else ...ya with respect to experienced candidate only..like what if a candidate would able to give only 70% of the answers .. so you little bt explain about that??

If the candidate is having 2-3 years of experience than the interviewer will assess the good understanding of java as well as basic knowledge of advance frameworks, design patterns. Applicants should be good at writing readable and clean Java code. There may be chance that applicant has not worked in certain technology because of the less exposure according to his/her experience, So he/she should be willing to adapt/learn new technology/tool.

The standard range is 5 to 8, but I heard about some candidates, they got up to 9 LPA as well.

Yes many are asked on architecture of the project, what components are used, rationale behind using it, ui framework, components designed with patterns, deployment strategy, AWS deployment with EC2, load balancing, reverse proxy using nginx or Traefik etc Docker Swarm or alternate

I know many people working with fake experience, fake 1-1.5 years of experience initially in their career.(Now many are having 8-10+actual experience, working as Team Lead, Architectures etc.). My suggestion would be, don't fake it too much, otherwise you can get caught easily. And don't pay to get fake papers for it(some coaching institutes are used to sell fake experience papers). The best way to tell the interviewer is, in your current project that particular technology has been used, and you have learned it and from last six month/1 year you are working in that technology as shadow developer.
