These concepts are used in user identification bro. Mostly we are not use cookies because hackers can easily hack the user data . Mostly they use Session Storage . Foreg: Take login page bro in that login page you enter username and password that username and password are stored as a key value pairs as session storage that data will be available only when the user in the browser, when the user close the tab that data will be automatically deleted . To store the data permanently we have to store it in database then it will be easy to identify the user. Other time the user login the page it will be easily identified which user enter into the web page.
