I feel like he’s top 10-15 he’s certainly extremely underrated, he led the B12 in recieving yards despite being on a team that was heavy run first team. If he does declare he could be a big draft riser and maybe be a mid-late Day 2/Early Day 3 pick, just depends on his athletic numbers. Definetly would have lots of success in the league
