the problem may be trying to do all of these “fad” diets. keto, low carb, etc. you’re very good with excising and moving your body, you have to learn to restrict your flesh when it’s craving food you know is unhealthy. it’s not about going on “keto”. It’s about filling your body daily with the NATURAL and nutrient dense food the Lord has provided for us on this earth. When you eat Whole Foods you don’t have to track calories, sugars, carb etc. for example, that reddiwhip you showed is horrible for the body. The “no sugar” doesn’t matter because it’s filled with fake sugar replacements and chemicals

Yes! Learning about eating Whole Foods and portion sizes is so helpful. Diets and tracking can be hard and hence why it’s hard to stick to it. Nothing changes if nothing changes . you can do it 🫶🏼

So during the week you strictly eat whole and clean foods and only allow yourself to indulge in unhealthy foods on the weekend. That way you’re not completely cancelling it out, but you are reducing it to a controlled lifestyle change. In this you still maintain your usual exercise routine.
