Dear Sir,
Under instructions from my client Aviral Singh, I am serving this notice upon you in reference to a purchase made by my client of a JAWA BLACK from your Retail Dealership on July 9, 2019 with a bill having Invoice no.VSIC004192000024 of Rs 1,92,000/-.
The abovementioned vehicle was showing some manufacturing defects in it due to which my client was not able to make use of his vehicle, and some of them were even conveyed to the service centre of your Dealership and those respective defects were also conveyed by my client to the customer support by E-mails.
There were some service issues which were faced by my client in the preceding days i.e., as of now the vehicle is still there at the service centre of your dealership from 28th December 2019 and Vehicle is not returned till now which was ought to be handed over to my client within a week as promised.
The above paragraphs are depicting my client’s interest in approaching the Consumer District Forum against you on the grounds of Defect in goods and Deficiency in Services under Section 11 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
In regard to all the above paragraphs you are asked to replace the earlier mentioned Good i.e., the Vehicle Purchased having manufacturing defects to my client and to make good of the inconvenience suffered by my client within 15 days or else the Consumer Complaint will be filed against you.
It is expected that you will take notice of this and will act upon it.

My last major breakdown was back in 2020, and after that, there haven’t been any major issues with the bike, there are rusting issues whatsoever but nothing that causes the bike to take a break, and lastly it is a machine and it can happen to any machine, but ‘seems’ like they(Jawa) have improved the quality of the bike. Feel free to get one but make sure to extend the warranty.

Bhai itne problems hain toh warranty kis liye hai? Why haven't you asked for an engine replacement! Legal notice kya sirf bike fix karte rehne ke liye hai? Claim it nail it once for all

Bhai they dont listen, they are selling their bikes anyway, I’ve talked to other reviewers but they’re not speaking about it openly idk why, they said they had problems like rust and all, but they only showing pros of the bike 💀

Some service centres are only there to make as much profit as they can, and I’ve tried sending many emails to Jawa, they always disappoint.

@@Késin_10.136 Bro Recently two days back I visited Jawa Showroom and asked them Please tell me what are the Changes does Mahindra has made to this Jawa when comparing to the previous Jawa. They clearly said not much changes made except down clearance and 21000/- price hiked 🙄

Maybe this Bike first lot is worst because Mahindra's R&D time they have took for this bike is very less period and almost straight away from Manufacturing they have launched in the Market... For e.g BMW 1700 to 1725cc they have took more the 3 years to bring in Market..🙄
