Sometimes you cant upgrade to windows 11 if your windows 10 computer is old

Nah it's a specific piece of hardware. I've put Windows 11 on a 4th gen dell optiplex 3020🤷🏿♂️. It's the on-board intel optane chip that's causing the issue. Thanks for the insight tho.
