@@patriklenck1735 honestly id recommend upgrading your CPU instead atm to allow for a way better GPU upgrade in the future. A ryzen 5 5600 can go upto a 7700xt or a 3080 easily

I snagged a 1080 blower card for $100 and stuffed it in an old z440 just to take advantage if the then upcoming fallout nostalgia from the series. That system would have been wildly out of reach for me in 2016.

A combo that I use that is elite is the i3 12100f and a gtx 1070. I can do max settings on war thunder with the best ray tracing and im always getting 80+ frames.

You can make it even smaller with the 3050 low profile or just a single slot A2000 since they dont need space for a power connector

Not worth it depend how much you buy it but either way you have already a solid card and in terms of performance the GTX 1080 ti is a about the same. So I suggest you an Rx 5700 xt it's cheaper and have better performance (but if you want to stick to nvdia card then why not just make sure to find the best deal possible). Your welcome

@@tomfriendly2412 I dont think its an hardware issue but an software issue, before i have an rx580, i use an GTX1050, but that card slow and decided to upgrade it. At first, it was okay, i can play games with higher resolution and more intensive game, but after few months of using it, the software in adrenaline has issues, every amd gpu have this problem, ranging from rx400 series till the newest one. The problem is, when launching an intensive game and play for 30 minutes, it would crash and nothing on the screen, after restarting via the casing button, i need to install back the driver, its annoying to do this process everytine, as time went on, it got worse. One day i was playing not so intensive game with my friends, it randomly sped the fan up and no display at all and yesterday, i was playing JC3, its crash 8 times, every amd gpu user has this issue, idk what amd gpu staff doing, well they lost one user, never gonna upgrading my gpu to an rx ever again edit: yesterday upon searching an solution to overcome this problem (which there were no solution) i read reddit post, someone downloaded an driver from 2019 works fine, but you know i dont want to this long process and most game wont even run cuz of new drivers they need, i rather buy an nvidia card all day

You can get 240fps on fortnite with gtx 1070, just play with performance mode and you will be fine

I mean if we’re talking pre-2020 games yeah its equivalent to a 3050 but newer games aren’t usually very well optimised for 10 series architecture, nowadays the 1080 is usually en par with the 3050
