भारत के लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में बहुमत की जगह सबसे बड़े दल की व्यवस्था को अपनाना चाहिए ताकि पाँच वर्ष की अवधि से पहले चुनाव की नौबत ना आए और इससे चुनी हुई सरकार पर बेवजह का कोई दबाव नही हो। साथ ही चुनाव खर्चे से बचा जा सके।
