The director of the film is Atlee (His real name is Arun Kumar, but his stage name is Atlee). He is one of the commercial mass directors in Tamil cinema. He has done 3 films with Thalapathy Vijay, and each one of them have done wonders in the box office and people loved how Atlee presented Vijay in the 3 films. Actually Pathaan is a good film for me though despite some of it's flaws, but which good film doesn't have it's flaws. Everything does have. Some people find Pathaan to be mid, average, good, decent, better or best. As a commercial movie , Pathaan is a good movie though otherwise box office results would have been different 😊
