I remember the first time I heard them too. Probably 1994? I took my 15 year old daughter to see them a year ago in SF. I’ve never danced the way I did that day. She has a Jawbreaker tattoo!

I remember when I first heard this song on a comp a long time ago, back in '99. I was just learning who this band was, they became one of my favorites, but back then this was one of the first songs I heard, I later got bivouac and 24 hour...those were better days, back before I had to grow up...on any sunday ill be there.

@MTVVH1sucks i feel ya with them deserving the money and recognition should have had but Green day didn't come after though, they started about the same time. Jawbreaker may have formed a year before but green day was in the bay area while jawbreaker was in new york. Jawbreaker wasn't big enough yet for green day to hear about in their first year. Green day's first full length came out the same year as jawbreaker's.
