My analysis of how LVP dupe the Tom Tom. The only thing the Tom's has is the name imprinted on the entrance of the business and that there cannot be verified by legal docs. Especially in the cocktail drinks, LVP hiring this lady mixologist to come in and fixing what has already is, the business savvy of it all, the hoodwink, bamboozled by of it all; these drinks just needed a little tweaking to be just right. 10K each is nothing, the K should be negotiated with terms for more shares stock in the business within a five to ten years investment period. That's their bad. They had been given chances to show their dedication and guess what they would NEVER have been able to come up with the capital needed nor could they handle the risk of opening the restaurant. The smart thing to do would have been to get a lawyer, and take EVERY possible opportunity to learn how to run a restaurant. They could have went on to open a lounge or something else following that. Thats the way the world works. They had a chance to be mentored but acted like the drunk idiots they are.
