We have been waiting for our first cruise for 4 years! We had to cancel the day of cruise in 2019 because we got a call that my mom passed away that day. Then Carnival cancelled 5 bookings between 2020 and 2023 due to "the sickness" But finally..here we are in 2023, celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary on our way to the Bahamas. This is a video of the parking process and boarding Process at Jaxport cruise terminal and The Carnival Elation. Do you know if they allow Uber to go to customer drop off. Someone said they wouldn’t let them go past gate

You had to have proof that you paid the parking in order to get in. I didn't see where an Uber would be allowed.

Sorry I can't answer your question. We didn't pay attention to that because we didn't need to use it, but I do not believe they had free parking of any kind.
