Rashad coming on a podcast with Rampage blew my mind. I stumbled upon a KZbin short of this podcast episode just now and was like wait, what?! and instantly came to watch the whole thing. I remember watching live when they did TUF and would didnt think they'd end up being so cool with eachother. I wasn't the biggest fan of Rashad as a fighter when he was in the UFC (and demolishing Chuck with that knockout definitely didn't help as I was a big Liddell fan. I still remember vividly that little shimmy he did after the KO and being so annoyed at the time). But watching that season of TUF, I thought Rashad came off looking like a pretty standup, thoughtful and cool guy, even though I still wanted Rampage to win and found him hilarious on the show. I hadn't kept up with Rashad, or even heard anything from or about him in a long time. And now, while currently watching this episode, it's so awesome to see them together and getting along the way they do now. Rashad speaks so thoughtfully, open and honest, without letting ego get in the way. And while I don't really believe in the frequencies of minerals or things in that aspect (I do though share much of his views on psychadelics and how they can potentially really help you mentally), I really appreciate and respect his approach and how he is open with it and seeing him share how it affects him in a positive way. I'm glad to see he seems to be doing well and chill these days.
