I recently came back from my parent's home for vacations and I was struggling with my anxiety. Yesterday, I went to therapy and my doctor said that I was doing great! She told me that the process is not an easy change, that is okey to fell down sometimes. Jaebeom's song came in the exact moment that I felt really bad with myself. "Rocking chair" is a warm hug that you need it when you have a bad day. Thank you, Jaebeom, after I read your interview talking about your mental health, I encouraged myself and started therapy, it's a long journey, but I'm glad I did it.
