This is fantastic what’s the best way i can suppport Ma dukes and Dillas daughters, i follow and listen to illa J and i religiously listen to Ma dukes collection, J dilla delights 1&2, and jaydee Aka King Dilla, I make it a thing to listen to this religiously and study the arrangement process and to try and put myself in the headspace he must’ve been sitting in the studio alone with his thoughts and his instruments. I sometimes tear up (i am as writing this). Not saying i ever knew him, i am just an empathetic and emotional person.. as i too suffer from auto immune disease and borderline diabetic.. to think the pain he must have been in, and he still gave maximum dedication and love; time i hope he is riding an extra terrestrial wave and bringing light and rhythm to wherever he shines. and how warming and kind of a legacy and grateful i am to be able to listen to his posthumous material, so grateful. Illa J Yancey boys which his brother j produced, i cry everytime i listen to timeless and even picturing the melody and rhythm in. y head makes me bawl… Thank you for allowing us these needed frequencies and Thanks and whoever reading this have the nicest day and remember to love and take care♥️ ♥️🙏
