I too can't wait for my new wheelchair, the first lightweight active wheelchair. An quickie argon 2 wheelchair with the jay j3 active backrest and jay lite cushion. The colour I'm getting is called Cyan-Metallic, (teal), it only weighs 8kg. The one I have is the invacare action 3 wheelchair which weighs 14.5kg, I found it ever so hard and cumbersome to manually wheel around. Anyway like I said I too really really can't wait to receive the new lightweight wheelchair.

I think my routine to get into the car was shorter. But then, I did have a folding wheelchair, and I may think what I am thinking, because I was used to it. - I just entered the car from the right, - pulled out the seat and put it on the back seat of the car, - put the footrests upright, - folded the wheelchair, - put it 90 degrees to the right, - transferred to the left seat, - folded the passenger seat forward, - pulled the wheelchair into the car, - put the passenger seat upright, - and closed the right door.
