We have three levels of policing in Spain, Local, National and Judicial. The Guardia Civil, while looked on as "police" are actually a quasi-military force who live in barracks like the army. Why the heck would they act like British police anyway? They don't need to stand up before cameras every day just to pander to the interest of the public. They do a lot of stuff behind the scenes. Also, I may say that our papers have many reports of our ordinary Local Police getting out there and actually catching thieves and such - something it seems Brit police have given up on.

The school kids that were killed in a tragic accident last year. This channel and its supporters were demanding to know the name of the driver. Outraged that this was another 'outsider' incident, probably. A year later, the Met Police dropped all charges for the driver and said that after an exhaustive and tireless investigation, the driver had no case to answer. The parents and staff of the school disagree. Why has there been no mention in GB News videos online? Surely, this is a newsworthy story that its viewers, who were outraged at the time when facts were unknown, should be heard about. Before critisizing the Tenerife authorities you reporters need to think by yourselves. Initially the case was about a missing guy lost at the mountains.
