Where is the Tox Report?
What happens if there is one and it confirms Jay was affected by an external factor and he was not in his right mind… do we then just simply blame Jay and chalk it up to misadventures of a silly teen!?

His father stated that Jay didn’t want to go and his mother talked him into it… I have a young son myself and i know if my son was offered to go abroad for a 3 day festival he’d be packing his bags weeks before…so I’m thinking did Jay know something that we didn’t know!! Because no teenager or young adult wouldn’t want to go!! So to me that speaks volumes!!! I also believe that being in a strange country and being abroad his “friends” should have stayed with Jay!! I totally get it that people mingle but come on where were his friends hey???? They failed him!!!

After grief comes sheer anger, most people are so angry at the world in general that they have lost a loved one, never mind your son . Never kicked up a fuss when they told her not to see the body. I’d like to think so. Anyone with a brain , yes, even the police , must realise that nothing adds up. Because of the phenomenal interest in the case they could be keeping it very under the radar. Whether the relevant people will be truthful at this stage is doubtful but I definitely feel there’s more to come.

I had a family member found dead decomposed around same amount of days and no toxicology could be done. Inquest was left open. There would be no urine, blood or organs in his remains. Copied from medical journal. It is difficult to carry out toxicological investigations in biological samples collected from extensively decomposed bodies and to interpret obtained results as several pitfalls should be considered: redistribution phenomena, degradation of xenobiotics during the postmortem period, contamination by putrefaction fluids, and external contamination.

My late husband died in the police station here in Glasgow… He was found collapsed in the street and took in for his own safety there was a toxicology test done it held up his funeral not because they found anything it was waiting on the results it took 3 days … There was a fatal accident enquiry done the results were also given out in court.. The inquest lasted a week but it was almost a year after his passing the inquest was held I know Scottish law is different from English law maybe quicker in England ??? I hope there is justice for Jay ❤

he was kept in the fish ice on the boat and then dumped in the ravine from the sea this is how they got fingerprints from him because there would of been a very low decomposition at that stage, able to thaw out in a few hours in those conditions and then with all the broken bones it looked like he fell from the cliffs straight into the ravine

I'm not sure of the law, under privacy regulations. For example, I know social media networks are not obliged/permitted(?) to share with even parents internet history of (minor) children who are bullied and go on to commit s. , even if the parents ask.

The phone providers have location pings, mic recordings and front cam photos but they're not going to tell us anything. I had a phone stolen and was with a person who can do things that we can only imagine. My phone was off but tracked for 200kms with positive id of 4 people who took it. I had it returned the next day.

Just commented but I'll leave this here anyway, the phone apparently was found cleared. It's an iPhone so there's the cloud and police can still read a cleaned phone, but they only do it if there's an investigation. If it was my son I'd be at police to see if I could get the 3 of them investigated. I k ow she'd not want that for Brad as it's her best mates son but he's hiding stuff. Who'd be that happy and cheery on an interview when your mates been missing for 2 weeks. I think he was trying hard to act normal and came of like he did t know Jay at all and didn't care. I mean why else would he behave like this?

Totally agree with all you have said, Harsh. Not only do folks not want to talk about it, they can get quite hysterical about those of us that do want to discuss it!! This is not folks with connections to Tenerife. It’s as if they can’t cope with discovering they may not have been told the whole truth. Toxicology is crucial to this case if we are to understand why Jay did what he allegedly did. Personally, I don’t think he walked up that mountain. He would have been seen. If he was dehydrated, suffering the after effects of alcohol at least if not drugs (girl in the bar said he was looking really unwell) plus the heat, no matter how fit he was he would not have got far before collapsing at the roadside. He either never went or someone picked him up. I do not believe he wandered off the road.

If there was another toxicology test in U.K. when his body arrived , which was possibly beginning of August, then it takes up to 30 days for report, that would be around beginning of September.

I asked where the toxicology report was from the moment the 1st autopsy report was done. I then thought oh well maybe it's the spanish way of doing things. I then awaited the British autopsy to speak about the tox report but, to my dismay, nothing said about toxicology report 😮😮😮 I've worked in the NHS for years and no way would they have not done a toxicology report considering his attendance at the NRG rave. Who is hiding things???????

Didn't the spanish police advise cremation to the parents to travel Jay back to the UK.. Seems the absence of a toxicology report was a sweep under the carpet attempt to divert the attention from the danger the tourists face on the island.

I’m not convinced Jay was as decomposed as they say he was as I don’t think he died straight away. This may well explain why the parents were told not to see him as it would raise questions about time of death. That would of course open up a whole can of worms.

No Tox report so far though harsh. That is the most important piece of this puzzle, especially in this case as "substances" we know are involved. A lot can be gleaned by a toxology report, it is vital. For the Spanish autopsy to state Jay died from a fall, there also must be a toxiology report to go hand in hand- more so in this case, where tempratures, flora fauna & insects plus the broken bones & state of his remains are not of such a state thst it was desirable to not allow his family to view. There is no logic to this at all- but maybe the new evidence may throw light on this?

They deemed them irrelevant because of his MATES. all 3 people who spoke to him on the phone, said he was ok he was fine... esp Brad. They had no evidence to hold them and no evidence of wrong doing due to what Jays mates were saying about the phone calls. If they had been honest and said he was scared to go back etc then things may have been different, but police can not hold anyone without evidence.

I would anticipate a tooxicology report would be referenced in the Coroner report. This could/should be done at the initial autopsy by Spansih authorities. I am not sure it would necessarily need repeating and might not be possible to replicate once in Britain.

Im not sure if you've seen it, but Ayub posted videos of his time at her Majesty's pleasure on one of his accounts with his cell mates. It shows him all clear headed while people around him are zoned out zombies and him sort of mocking them. I'm not sure if its spice or k, more likely spice. There's a possibility that Jay had something off them and thought it wasn't going to be as strong as it was.

I think that a toxicology report should form part of the forensic investigation. The Spanish 'Instituto Nacional de Toxicología y Ciencias Forenses' are separate from the Guardia Civil and are responsible for forensic investigations and toxicological analyses and investigations ordered by various public bodies In short the toxicological report should be part of any forensic report. I think this would be separate from the autopsy. The Spanish authorities haven't released any such documents as far as I'm aware. Neither have the UK authorities. I don't know if coroners release autopsy reports to the general public but we may find out more at the inquest. All we have heard is that Jay suffered traumatic head injuries consistent with a fall from height.

Jays mother and brother did a video for the sun today she was complaining about trolls and about all the money its cost. A strange thing she said was that there were still parts of Jay that had been kept in tenerife and she would need to pay for them being repatriated as well . No offense but her interveiw seems strange from someone whos just buried their son.

I did hear that a tox screen was done in Tenerife and that it would take up to 8 weeks to get the results back . If I recall it was the same time that the autopsy in Tenerife was reported to have been carried out . Also a second autopsy was done in the UK ,But interestingly no mention as to whether a second tox screen would be done in the UK as well

I think it's beyond Jay & his family now. Take it out of their hands in any way, for fear of retribution, & even Lancashire's, to hit it at inter/national level. Brits are such a contributor to Tenerife/Spain's economy, that the UK has a duty of care to its citizens to thoroughly investigate those involved & the authorities' insufficient response to prevent further instances.

For all we're aware, Debbie could be choosing to remain private and tight lipped to respect her sons privacy for what little she has left.. She may even hire a pi from the funds to get her truth and release all eventually.. I think she just needs some time she's suffering with big trauma and probably still in shock then dealing with trolls and ugly opinions of herself and her beautiful boy it's intense, cruel and relentless the trolling so understandable she's very little trust in public or anyone else... Thank God I've never had to endure all she has in space of weeks I'd be a mess!!
