this is extremely powerful......no one no school nobody teaches emotional intelligence unless you become curious about it. emotional language skills reduces inflammation and stress. this is why you have gangs, fights, rage, and depression. In the absence of language or words you perform what you feel.

Being rich does lower the feeling of urgency, panic, or anxiety, and it gives you space to be more introspective.
