I disagree she should be forced to reveal herself she waited over 20 years when she should have gone to the police immediately , if she is so concerned for her safety the best thing she should have done is keep quite,shes willing to get millions,and cost Jay reputation to loose in the court of public opinion I know there's a good chance he did rape her but if it was you ( let's suppose) you would want to know , no face no case
