It isn't Jaguar singing. It's actually a man singing. His name is Bobby Glenn and it us a sped up sample from his song named Sounds like a love song. Song Cry samples a good 40+ seconds of Glenn's voice. You'll hear it beginning at 2:40 minutes to about 3:22. Jaguar does sing on Jay Z MTV unplugged album version though.
