Just watching the Movie Interstellar and straight away recignized this epic melody in the scene, where Matthew McConaughey is watching the videos of his children that got older than him. Such a great Interpretation of this Masterpiece! Thank you JayB!

I've never heard trance done in 3/4 style. Unique and pretty awesome!

Caleb Paulson Not 3/4 time. It's 4/4, but based on triplets. And I'm not the first one who did that. ;)

Out of all of the genres that I've been working on, Trance is the only one which has given me a TON of inspiration and makes me feel sort of relaxed and then excited. I was really surprised how you could make a song without even using a DAW. Something that I would love to work on. I'm so thankful that I discovered you Jay B. Keep up the good work!

Hi again, Back here again, cause I was so inspired by this fabulous trancy track, that i 've decided to make one myself, mainly based uppon your own chord progression and atmosphere, i try to keep as strong as possible, without copying, with a friend of mine. Thanks for that!!! Truely, i have to admit it's much worse than yours, very "pro" made, but as "self-made amateurish musicians", we' ve done with passion, pleasure and heart. :) You can have a look on my channel, as you wish, with pleasure, JayB to give tour mind: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYrdqmeViNuWns0 Best regards. This is really inspirational! Thanks a lot! Is there a Cubase Device Panel for Yamaha XG around? One that could be imported in newer Cubase version such as 8, 9, 10? I'm thinking about making one, but no point in reinventing the wheel.
@JayBmusic6 жыл бұрын
If I remember correctly someone created a new XG editor kind of thing. But it's really hard to keep track of these things as they tend to spread all around the net without a dedicated place. There are a few XG groups on Facebook, maybe there you can find someone who knows more.

Dope! And I don't even like "nu-school" much but sounds fat and ear tingling :) Between Sirius, JD990, AN1X or MC909 what would you choose? Would the sirius add anything the MC505 or MC909 can't do the same? Got the 505. AN1X is sweet and fat, but not sure I need since I have JP8000 and it might be enough. AN1X is very distinct like the JP I think and JD990 migt be a great collectors item but have a XP50, so not sure here either??? Maybe you can chime in? Cheers mate. I have an option to buy each of these locally btw.
@JayBmusic2 жыл бұрын
I always prefered the AN1x over the JP because the envelopes are much! snappier. The Sirius will probably sound different to the MC, but if better or worse is a matter of taste. It should be less HiFi but thats something you might even enjoy.
@AnalogFlava2 жыл бұрын
@@JayBmusic Thanks mate...indeed AN1x does sound more snappier which is why I feel it's very distinct, almost like JP's supersaw osc.Instant recognizable. The Sirius is a mystery to me since there aren't a lot of videos. But lofi is always good yes 😁
