I found this song a long time ago, when I really was into MLP. I instantly loved it. It's a pretty weird song, the melody is pretty happy and sometimes even house like but the lyrics are pretty sad, it just all fits together perfectly, kinda like bipolar disorder, and makes a great piece of music.

lol if I knew how to write catchy tunes, I'd be throwing lyrics at every musician I saw. I'd probably say something corny like "rainbow of light" instead or "ray of light" as a Rainbow Dash reference. Then add a verse at the end about how she lost her friends, misses them, or just a simple last verse like, "This destiny is all that I have left". Referring to her new alicorn status requiring her to live in the Castle away from her friends. But whatevs, I'm just glad to hear new music.
