Chick has gone a year with a squeaky clean record while also making millions in moonshine production. Becoming the legal drug distributor of the city would be a great achievement, and would be the epitome of building RP instead of having a money printer. She already has the entire production line set, she only needs the legislation to put that money in the bank. I hope it works out sooner than later.
