Jayco silverline changes

I have had my silverline for about 11 months now i wanted the outback but there was none available at the time and i am impatient. anyway small video of the changes that i have done . I know it is not for everyone but its what suits me Cheers

Thanks for the tour of your silver line Wayno. Ive got one too and its nice to see someone talking about their improvements other than the usual plumbing faults lol. Your lack of patience worked well for you as I wanted the roady version but ended up with the outback as it was offered to me at the same price. I have since regretted it and would have preferred to do similar to what you done and put decent tyres on but also a big skid pan at the back in case of dragging the tail. The only advantage the outback model for me is it was easier to to work under the van when upgrading the plumbing from 25mm plastic hose and fittings to 40mm on the shower and sink etc and also a bypassing option for the grey tank which was constantly blocking up from fats and hair with the 90 degree 25mm fittings which have a 12mm internal hole size in the fittings. Other than that my wife and I have enjoyed the van greatly, done the lap and have spent 3 months in the past 2 winters in the WA goldfields scratching around. I said to my son if you ever want to start a conversation in a van park just ask them how their vans going and you've a friend for life lol cheers Johno

excellent thanks.. I will be buying a Silverline in a year or so, had planned to do what you have done.. and I also like the double slide out for the same reason as yourself..twllight zone stuff lol .. Can I ask how much was the air bag system ?
