A decade is when the frame doesn't move at all and you spin around the bars. A 3 downwhip is when you start a 3, kick a whip and then catch it around 180 like at 4:16

John Derlin back with more stunts?! I'm just kiddin'. Do you have an email at which I could contact you? I think we had the same, if not a very similar shoulder injury, but I'm no where close to being able to ride again. If I throw a barspin, or try to do anything oppo....BAM shoulder's out, yet again. I completely tore my labrum and have a pretty bad bankheart lesion, as well as as a nasty hill-sachs lesion with a lovely bone fragment just kind of floating around in my right shoulder. I've been doing all the PT that I can to try to avoid the ungodly expensive surgery, but I think I'm going to have to have a bone graft to fix the bankheart and have my shoulder truly repaired if I ever want to ride again (or go to the gym, lift a heavy box, etc...). I'd love to know what your specific injury was and what you did as far as recovery goes for your shoulder injury. I've been doing PT for months and my right shoulder just comes out whenever it wants to, no matter how much I try to strengthen the muscles around it via PT. I think I'm going to have to have the surgeries. I don't know how to send a private message on youtube, otherwise I'd post my email address on here. Any help regarding what you had done, and your recovery, would be extraordinarily appreciated, and I'll buy all the stickers I can that don't say "I

Hey Stone, Sorry to hear about your shoulder. I also tore my labrum, but it sounds like your situation is quite a bit more severe than mine. I've only had a few dislocations since I initially tore it and I feel pretty stable at the moment. Mine only comes out with very specific movements and takes a decent amount of force. I'm no doctor, but I feel like you should get the surgery as soon as you're able to. It is tough to look at that price tag, but your health is far more important than the number in your bank account. Also, keep on doing everything you can to strengthen that shoulder. The stronger you are when you go into surgery, the stronger you are coming out and the easier the recovery :)

I've been doing the physical therapy exercises that both my surgeon and physical therapist have given me, and they both have basically said the same thing that you did. The better shape and more strength that the non-damaged ligaments and muscles are pre-surgery, the easier recovery will be. It's gonna be expensive, but you're definitely right in that I can always make more money... I can't really make more shoulders. As of this afternoon, I'm on the list for one of the best orthopedic surgeons in Georgia, and it sounds like I'll be able to have the surgery within the next two weeks. Not looking forward to the rehab, but I'd rather go through all that than always have a jacked up shoulder. Thanks for getting back to me! :)
