I’ve been a fan since 1999 when I was a kid, and the closest thing to a good team I’ve seen was in the mid 2000s and the season RG3 won ROTY. I feel Jayden is the future here at QB.

Same bro. I was born during the 1991 superbowl season so I can say I’ve been alive for a championship but I obviously don’t remember it lol Gibbs 2.0 with Sean Taylor, RG3’s rookie year and Sean McVay’s offense with Kirk are the only bright spots of my life as a fan. It feels so foreign to finally have a franchise QB, it’s surreal. I want to hide my excitement because we’ve been hurt so often, but we deserve this.

I have confidence he's the difference maker that Adam and Dan see in him, and Kliff has called some amazing plays for him so far which was my biggest question going into this year. Because you gotta have coaches that put you in winning positions not compromised ones that aren't solvable, like Ron and Emmanuel last year. But he's gotta hit the open read on open plays, and there's been a few that multiple guys should have gotten the ball. Plays that he won't be able to survive forever not making the correct read on, especially against the best teams in the league. I understand he's learning and as he said, "the speed is different up here", so I'm very encouraged so far. And as a lifelong fan of a great team that Dan did his best to destroy and humiliate, and yet our fans are steadfast unlike any other sports franchise fanbase. The guy has an almost inconceivable ceiling and it seems so far like he's got a mind that will learn to throw the ball away more and avoid injury. I have faith and that's unfortunately a word i haven't used in a long time when referring to our team. I think we got it right this time, and his development as a young man away from his home will benefit immensely because of his work ethic. You don't have time to be homesick or misled if you're waking up at 4 every morning to get to the facility before anyone else and stay on that level of preparation. In a league where the best to the worst is such a slim margin. Let's get after it against Cincy!! HTTR!!

If I was JD I would just simply say, Washington has had 2 different QBs have career ending injuries while STANDING in the pocket on the same day same injury 33 years apart, yall seriously think I'm worried about getting injured running away from people trying to tackle me?" LOL come on now I wish they stop talking about him running it's becoming a broken record
@xJohnny_Ax4 ай бұрын
Youre not wrong because most QB injuries happen in the pocket however, RG3’s knee injury was a result of him running and diving (instead of sliding) while Ngata crunched his legs midair. The injury shouldn’t have been career ending but it got worse because of mismanagement and his ego. Also Tua’s latest concussion could have been avoided if he slid feet first instead of diving head first.
@Domo_Skywalker944 ай бұрын
@xJohnny_Ax I watched both games live I saw........but regardless of what yall saying it doesn't matter if he's running or not if he's going to get injured, it's going to happen however it happens him standing in the pocket isn't going to lower his chances of getting injured there are bigger human beings chasing him while in the pocket, I'm pretty sure he rather get hit by a safety or CB vs a dlineman and a linebacker
@dailygrinders894 ай бұрын
Still needs to learn how to slide 😅
