No, they are responding like they just lost the last playoff spot, not like fans of a team that has been to the playoffs every year since 2021 and is still in control of winning their division for the second time in those years. Response is like that of a fan of a team that sucks (and we Washington fans know what that looks like).

No we just think it's funny yall so hyped beating a back up qb in a reg season game. This loss didn't hurt us at all, we were gonna be the 2 seed either way. Changed nothing lol

@@mrhumble2937 I was at the game. You could see the Eagles defensive players between plays showing frustration and arguing. Pickens wasn't playing defense.... maybe he should have, given your DB play. Pickens hit receivers in their hands, and they dropped the ball. Jalen couldn't have hit them more accurately. The Eagles got the ball on turnovers five times (plus a turn-over on downs) and still couldn't win. And, after adjustments, Barkley got bottled up in the second half. ....let me guess, you also think the refs were working against y'all... LOL

We've waited many years. Not to be rude, but he is what we hoped rg3 would be. But he has way more pocket talent. Take away Jaydens legs and he's still going to be a top ten qb one day. He WILL be the mvp in the next 3 years. Washington has a crap ton of money, and now people want to be here. We have the chef, but not the ingredients, however we have the money to buy double the amount we need. I trust this staff and owner will choose the right guys. Expect significantly more production next year between that and his growth. I love that everyone compliments his work ethic. We know we will get the most out of him. He's an all pro generational type talent that just needs time.

This is an excellent win for Washington, and Jaden Daniel just flat out one of the best quarterbacks in the league. But, I must say, JD & Luke McCaffrey have to get their connection together. Both pics that Jayden threw were to McCaffrey. But overall, this was one of the best comeback victory games we’ve seen all year.
@didgruntleddansnyderfan

McCaffrey is just a very stiff receiver. Not actually sure yet whether that was a particularly good pick. I like him on returns, but could definitely use an upgrade over him at receiver. Still early, but he's been a disappointment.

When Kliff is clicking he's as good as they come. Jayden is just perfect for his bag. Would like to see some under center added in the offseason. The quarterback has to turn his back to the defense for deception purposes in the run game. Especially when Kliffs pistol/SG running game ain't clicking. A worthwhile added dynamic imo.

I love now nothing fazes him. A lot of Skins fan threw in the towel when he threw that first pick, and the ones who didn't waited until the second pick to Blankenship and threw it in then instead. Most are in need of reprogramming after 25 years of Dan Snyder.
@GraV21
@GraV21 Күн бұрын
Thats because for all of Dan Snyder’s ownership, anything that could go wrong, WOULD go wrong so fans are still traumatized. This season is like therapy though, and hopefully will provide fans some healing. Jayden and this team are doing their thing and so glad we have the owner we have, GM, Coach and players. Washington is going to be a place where players want to come and play because of Daniels, Quinn, Peters, Harris, etc. Like Harbaugh says, “the worm has turned!”

@F9109-r1e Күн бұрын
He obviously has things to work on, but you have to love the poise. His poise is what keeps them in games. He moves on from mistakes and moves on to the next drive. It's a huge benefit to have that level of composure.
@didgruntleddansnyderfan
@didgruntleddansnyderfan Күн бұрын
@@F9109-r1e Exactly. It's a little hidden because we won the game, but that was a mostly bad game from Jayden Daniels. Got picked off twice, could have been picked off two more times, missed open receivers, made a few bad runs and took a bad sack. He just saved it by a very good drive that Terry ended up scoring on and the final play of the game, which was probably elite but which could probably also have been picked off by Blankenship if he had played it right. One of his worst plays of the game was a touchdown to a completely unmarked Zaccheas that Daniels did not even notice for about three seconds. It's a walk-in if he just sees it, and then the throw was bad when he finally did so Zacchaeus had to be Super Man to score. Same was the cases on Zaccheas' first touchdown. Another ass dirt ball the receiver somehow managed to catch. But we scored, so obviously everything is wonderful! It's definitely a mixed bag in a big win. But I see that as a positive. Whether we know it or not, he'll know he's got a lot of stuff to work on and correct. Hopefully he does. Big plays are great, but it would be nice to also do the little stuff at least competently. Odds are you'll need both if you ever want to win a Super Bowl.

18:40 as a Seahawks fan I am envious of that type of pass pro from a guard
@didgruntleddansnyderfan
@didgruntleddansnyderfan 2 күн бұрын
IMO a lot of that is due to JD as well. He just uses his blocks very well. If a lineman gets beat he'll just sidestep to get the block right again before he throws, so he keeps making them look good. It's just very high level QB play. And he's beaten the blitz a long time ago, so teams have to be careful with him now.
@Levi_music1
@Levi_music1 2 күн бұрын
@didgruntleddansnyderfan Jayden didn’t ask his right guard to pick up a blitzer in the left side b-gap that’s all on his guard being heads up and working his ass off to make a hell of play
@didgruntleddansnyderfan
@didgruntleddansnyderfan 2 күн бұрын
@@Levi_music1 Sure, not saying Cosmi isn't very good, but he's still only a guard. Both him and the rest of the line have regularly lost reps this season, but have usually been rescued from looking bad by Daniels. One rep in particular that stood out to me was in Arizona: Biadisz got completely beat and a tackle had a free run at Daniels, so obviously that was a sack caused by Biadisz getting beat. Except that Daniels sidestepped to put Biadisz back between himself and the tackle, then threw a dart to a receiver for a conversion with the time he just bought. On the stat sheet Biadisz did nothing wrong there and there was never a sack. But because of Daniels. That's the sort of thing I mean. Good offensive line? Sort of, just made to look good by a very quick and intelligent QB in that case. That's a part of his job. It's just a team within the team with the offensive line and the QB. I don't really think you can separate them, and most of it is on the QB because he's the one with the ball and the one who is facing the right way. If you just stand there and expect to have five guys with their backs turned stonewall opponents you're probably going to have a very bad line, regardless of how many Sam Cosmi clones you hire.

Even though Ertz did get open on the last TD. I can see why Jayden didn't throw to him. He had to start throwing before Ertz got open. Because pressure was coming. If he had to wait a little longer when Ertz did get open. He would have been sacked. And he couldn't take a chance and wait to see if the linebacker was going to run with the receiver or Ertz at the last second.

Fitzmagic is exactly the kind of guy that'd be a sensational offensive coordinator or coach. Harvard guy, lots of time as a backup and thus learning more from others coaches, fearless, creative, ready to drop a 50 yard bomb when everyone is expecting a B gap run.
@Ultramentsh
@Ultramentsh 2 күн бұрын
@drdumpenstein4868 there's not much that Fitzpatrick and O'Sullivan have not seen in the NFL. They both have literally played everywhere(knowledge and experience leads to understanding. Understanding leads to wisdom). Too me, they both can draw straws head coach / offensive coordinator. But if they work together. The offensive scheme would most likely be unstoppable. Just a thought 🤔. But if it was up to me with. I'd go with O'Sullivan as head coach Fitzpatrick as offensive coordinator. Hopefully his magic translates. I think they'd be a force to be reckoned with. Maybe an expansion team in St Louis with Kurt Warner as GM with the Ryan brothers coaching defense and Julian Edelman coaching special teams. The St Louis Sinners 😉👍 😂

@@Ultramentsh Fitz was the NFLs definition of an over-achiever. "Should" have washed out over a decade before he did. Yet teams just kept finding him useful, year after year. Fitz as a starter or backup made you feel like if he's in the game, he can win it all or you know, throw another pick. But his teams never felt "dead". If they lost, it's because they lost a fight rather than submitting.
