Brianna start is coming togegher at the right time . Her top end speed should been ok soon so base up on this run Brianna should be a force come trials. Alana definitely going to make the world championship team along and will be a superstar in short order. I am not two worried about tina because she always show up when it matters most. Jackson looks great however I am wanting on the two elderstate women seasonal debut to draw any conclusions.

Alana have no chance of making the Jamaican team at trials.her best time for the next 2 years was done at champs.. Tina will not make this year's team or next year.same thing happens to Brianna when she set that national junior record .now she is just coming back and she is going to make the Jamaica team this year nobody except me noticed she deliberately slowed down towards the finish line and she will be ready for trials

I see many commentators revealing their lack of knowledge in high-level competition. Why would professional Briana be in the same kind of conditioning shape as a high schooler competing since late January or early February? Briana's focus is Jamaican Trials for a chance to obtain a spot on the World Championship squad, why would anybody expect her to be sharp in mid-May? As folks glean results in various competitions, over the next few weeks, please note that athletes are all at different stages of their preparation but should primarily be focused on initially peaking in and around July 6-9th, and if making the team, then secondly for Budapest Aug 19-27th. No medals or team positions are being awarded at the senior level at an early season all-comers meet. Brianna has almost two(2) full mesocycles prior to Trials, where I am sure she will get the proper endurance work in to complement her start and drive phase that is looking pretty good right now

@@sherenesherwood2314 Running fast is not about technique , it is about mentally knowing how to run fast . Anyone can have a technique on how to run, but if your mental sate is not right you will fade in mind and body, and for that reason you fade at the last hurdle or the last few yards . We see that with Asafa Powel . Can run fast, but under pressure his mental state fades . . Am saying this as a former athlete myself . Not every former athlete of footballer makes good trainers or manager either . You will find that those who have never competed become good managers and trainers, and it has been proven as such . @@heatherchavez4564 And by the way ,this running technique is a new thing that has started no more than about 20 years are so ago . Did Michael Johnson, or MERLENE OTTEY have a running technique, or did They have speed ? And what about the others before him who were setting records without any specific technique ? If Briana was allowed to run her natural way, she would have been winning races since she first came around at a very young age and was lauded by many . Since this so called technique came in place, she has fallen short of what she can do, and should achieve . I blame these technique technicians for holding her back . SHALAM .

@@noelbartley1084 First off, the Titans Track club is a spin-off from Racers (Mills) and MVP (Francis) Track clubs. You should also review Wikipedia to see the long list of track stars Racers had produced over the years. You also failed/refused to mention MVPs productions i.e. Pryce, Thompson, Jackson, and Powell. The Titans Track Club is a newcomer and has a long way to go......much to the expense of Brianna. To me, Brianna would be better suited at either of the two well-seasoned Track Clubs for her development. For all intents and purposes, Brianna is a mere experiment for the Titans Track Club; nonetheless, time will tell.

Reid is gifted. There will come a time when she will never lose a race. Brings to mind Allyson Felix.

Brianna is American. She needs to come home to the United States and ask Bob Kersee to train her! Kersee will get her to reach her full potential! Maybe she can train with Sha'carri.

Miss false starts are not detected with the eyes any more. U living in ancient days. Movement is detected by motion sensors in the blocks which sends signals to computer system

You can watch the start in slow motion. You can see clearly that lane 3 went first. Just watch the video right up until the ladies are in the blocks and ready to go and pause the video. Then click on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen, then click on playback speed, then click on 25%, then click on play. At 25% speed it is much easier to see who moved first.
