Haven’t heard this song in years. The moment he said “have you ever ever ever been depressed so bad it was a struggle everyday not to regret your passed” I had to hold tears back. Crazy.

IMO this is the greatest track in Hip Hop history. Summed my life up. I shed a tear or 2 to this one. Love this. "When you cried all your tears out And one page of your diary can tell you what your year bout That's a lonely place My mama said son why such a lonely face Because the pressures on me Plus I feel like bill murray trapped in Punxsutawney Dr phil told me that I can sell crack or hit the army"

I come to this song a lot. It’s such a powerful thing in my life to be able to relate to something so heavy. Inshallah we all find our way in this hectic world. Peace Jay. Thank you for everything.

Two years ago I discovered this song. I cried my eyes out because I connected with it so deeply. Fast forward to now and I'm in a much better place, but I'm still crying my eyes out to this song. It reminds me of the struggle and how difficult it is at times to be good with yourself. Thank you Jay, for making such a deep song.

I really wish the full version of the video for this would drop along with the In To The Light Documentary. Even if it was Tidal exclusive. I also would like to hear Act 2 with the Just Blaze production on there. That would be enough to hold me over until Act 3 drops. I’ve been patiently waiting for 13 years.
