The ending is kinda poetic in a way, the character holds a gun in his hand shaking, it’s clear he is panicking. Once the sounds get close to the door, the character looks at the gun and sees a way out, finally calm he puts it underneath his chin and without a second thought pulls the trigger. Edit: jake probably knows that this is what happened but he didn’t want to say it in the video since that wouldn’t go over to well with YT monitization (or however it’s spelt)

One of the best horror games, no matter how short it was. It creates a lotta tension during gameplay, with the threats that the player faces always felt. It feels like its breathing down your neck at points. But the reveal at the end was quite certainly one of the best for a roblox game. The choice he made was very impactful for the audience, and quite suprised me when it happened.

I saw a lot of people complaining about the lack of alternate endings or a monster reveal, but i think thats the true horror of this game. Whilst ive seen the concept often, I love how it played out in a 3D interactable space. Whilst you could make a monster, it truly isnt as scary. You might end up with a dissapointing black roblox character with that corny smiling face png, or you could end up with a terrifying 12' monster with huge claws and jagged teeth, but no matter how well you make the monster, it wont hit as hard with everybody. Some people truly fear a large creature, whilst some dont really care. However, when you dont actually SHOW them the monster, it leaves it up to the their imagination. They give the reader or player just enough info to set somewhat of a basis to actually set it within their mind that its some sort of monster, give it just a couple of slight details to add some form of physical basis, and then use the overall tone and atmosphere to set them on edge, allowing the reader to create a mental image of the monster, which is usually something that truly individually scares them. They then use the shaking of the character, self oofing and label of that as escape to ensure that the reader truly knows that the big bad is a true threat, to the level that suixcide is better than simply facing the monster, not including whatever happens afterwards.

part 2 idea for jim's computer: after the body was cleaned up from the police, jim's house was cleaned and most likely got took down but his spirit still roams, a group of people find the place and go in to see what's up, all they found was a computer just sitting on a table with a chair nothing else, as any group of explorers do and they try to use the computer, surprisingly it works but they find messages sent by the thing from last time, except that once the group got on the computer it messaged again saying the same words "prepare", then the computer shuts off, they walk home but there is something in the woods stalking them, so the group walks faster to get home (the group is 3 siblings names derrick veronica and roger) once they get home they greet they're parents, no response it was like if time stopped and only they were moving, they went into the basement to play video games, when they saw the time they were supposed to be in bed by now but they were not called at all.. derrick went up to check on the parents, no response, derrick goes to see if they are okay, the parents had no faces and were pale also they had an ink like liquid running down they're body, derrick goes downstairs to tell the news to the others, they try to call the cops but they dont pick up, roger gets a message on his phone from, him, it says: " something bad will happen soon are you ready?" they all freeze and start to see things white and black figures start to appear they have the substance dripping down from them but the substance matches the colour of they're bodys, the siblings dont notice because they're vision started to fade because of feeling woozy, so they went to bed like normal not knowing what happened, a phew minutes to hours pass they start hearing banging on the door, then it opens, the siblings shaking veronica finds a bat but ends up hiding in the process, a phew minutes pass and they go back to bed they think they're minds are playing tricks on them, they then hear whispering and something starts scratching on they're pillows they wake up to a pair of long skinny black legs, they slowly look up (they dont look up all the way) the game ends. siblings dead now lel the black black figure was jim those siblings always throw things at jims house like eggs rocks toilet paper usual but they also try to break into his house jim just wants revenge thats why the siblings die

It was such a good horror game about paranoia, but imagine if all this was jim’s schizophrenic hallucinations and he killed himself because of nothing…
