Today we are glad to test the new JayKay electric fin for SUP and electric longboards. The new JayKay fin lets you electrify your stand up paddle board within seconds. With the JayKay e-fin you can get up to 6 hours of SUP riding time from a 400 WATT Power motor made in Germany. Two riding modes, magnetic charging and a lot of fun!

@@JetSurfingNation Now with new reverse motor function, swappable battery packs, revised remote design with data screen, and less flared/more narrow turbine funnel shape, 2kg weight. 180wh battery on 2.0 edition, although previous online articles imply the original version used a 222wh battery. (Worth noting some reviewers claimed the previous remote design had disconnection issues too…)

Getting there, how long did it last Mike. Charge to ride time ?

I think I mentioned in the video, I dont remember now exactly. About 3.5h to charge, 6h slow mode to ride or about 20-30 min on faster speeds.

All these motorized fins have a very questionable use case. Maybe when battery technology will make a breakthrough allowing more powerful motors it will start making sense. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO ANYWAYS 💪

Yeah, that's what I said before I had a chronic shoulder injury. You know the one that comes with age after 35 years+ of paddling. So you are out there taking it slow, but you know it can hit you any moment. And when it does, trust me you want a paddle assist version as only JayKay offers at the moment. It is like an e-bike for biking veterans with a knee injury. And longtime paddlers who are getting old, we are globally a huge growing business factor. Enough "use case" for you? Maybe not. At least now. But trust me it will be one for you which is just a matter of time🙂

Ragazzi ho ragazzi ho trovato questa pinna su ebay!!ero convinto di acqustarla ma dopo aver visto questo video penso di no! la pubblicizza la stessa persona che ha pubblicizzato boost surfing solo perché sò che ci sono stati tanti ordini ma ben poche persone hanno ricevuto . ora non so se si sono decisi a far fare questo progetto da altra azienda dato ci sono tanti ordini e non riescono a far fronte alla produzione! comunque comprerò questa pinna solo se la venderanno su amazon che per me è sinonimo di garanzia e qualità. ovviamente amazon prime
