I honestly love how much Jaymes (and Trixie) reference Drop Dead Gorgeous, for the people who haven't seen it it's truly like... the perfect movie, perfectly done camp, perfectly done satire, perfect pacing. I don't even want to call it a cult classic, it's just a classic and should be required watching for all baby gays.

I do drag locally in Vegas and my foundation routine is using the Covergirl Outlast foundation (the peach colored cap) mixed with a Mehron CreamBlend stick. The Mehron is used for my brow area (shaved my brows off though lol), nose and underneath my mouth which are my biggest problem areas for coverage in makeup while the Covergirl goes around the rest of the face and is blended in with the Mehron. I've been doing it for well over a year and I love how it makes my face and skin look while I'm in drag.

Honestly Maybelline Superstay foundation is pretty lit. It's drugstore so you can replenish it pretty easily and it's not too expensive

I tried Pros-Aid a little while back but I had a really hard time getting it out of my eyebrows, it ended up ripping out my natural brows so I'm sticking to the glue stick although I can see the need for something more heavy duty especially performing in heat or under hot lights. I too came from the era of TV Paint Stick and Max Factor Pan Stik baked and caked with about a pound of Coty Airspun powder for drag but I find that I like a lighter weight foundation nowadays, especially day drag. Plus there are a lot more options for lightweight foundations that offer fuller coverage....back in the day anything lightweight was light to medium coverage at best.

girl, I've to ask when the eyeshadow cakes break, have you ever had that nightmarish experience where the dark shade of the pallet scatters and mutates the other colors? brushing, blowing it off no matter what you do to try to remove it, the pigmet still remains and you're stuck with mutated colors?

You should try the fenty beauty foundations especially the new luminous version it’s waterproof and sweatproof and honestly starts to look even better throughout the day the matte finish is good to

Use 3 layers of glue stick and flatten them down real good with a little comb not a spoolie. Making sure they are flat the first layer with comb, then just layering glue. Use lots of setting powder and push it into the brows, then brush it off. No foundation over them, just draw eyebrows on with a cream, then set those with powder as well. Then clean them up with liquid concealer, then set that too. Fix eyebrows with an eyebrow marker to perfect them. Use a puff for powder not a brush.

I was hoping that maybe it would be easier to get Pros-Aide out of eyebrows than spirit gum, since the majority of my glue-down for my Klingon headpiece is the brow area, and I only have like 7 eyebrows left on my head from shaving them off as a teen. And I can't stand the odor of spirit gum anymore!
