Hey jay I have an idea try updating the mod one more time. what i think is happening is that the text that yona has in the files is somehow messing with the games ability to process that the text box has been completely written on screen. its likely either 1 a syntax error(which does happen) or 2 something inside the text itself that confuses the program into thinking the text in the textbox should be treated as code and not as text. this is my guess as a person whom full disclosure hasnt taken a formal coding course, knows nothing about Switch modding or ToTK modding in the slightest and is only moderately proficient in python and minecraft commands because he taught himself how to code with a book. so if this is wrong im sorry but i think its worth looking into.
