It's so sad but true. How can restaurants throw good food away when there are so many hungry people in this world 😢

Popeyes definitely throw away chicken, I have seen them do it while I'm placing my order, and the crazy thing is there is nothing wrong with the chicken. All that throwing away goes against their food cost.

The do that because the workers would be making food wrong on purpose to have some to take home. Only big businesses do that if you want to take food home work for a small mom and pop shop they will hook you up

They would rather throw perfectly good food away than feed the hungry and homeless. This is what capitalism does to a person, it makes them evil. As if they will bring their fortunes to their graves....

Lemme tell you something I worked at a fast food restaurant for 8 years. The amount of food they threw away would make you cry! They threaten to fire me because I gave homeless people the food after hours. Talking about they could sue I'm like...how do you look someone in the face and deny them food!

Me and a friend had to dig a box out the trash at Popeyes a long time ago. I don't see why they won't give that perfectly good food to the homeless or even let employees take it home

A friend of mine was frustrated with her teen son. He wanted a pair of cowboy boots. She offered to get him a pair at the end of the month when she went to Target. "Target?!?" "Target's nuthin, MOM! I want them from Dillards!" She couldn't afford that. I told her to tell him to get a job and buy his own since he was 17. I told her to watch, his perspective would change when the money was coming out of his own pocket. She told him to get a job, which he did. A few paychecks later, she saw him coming home with a Target bag that contained cowboy boots. She asked him about it- "Target's okay, Mom!" She baked me brownies and we laughed our butts off. This Mom's on the perfect track- he can take responsibility for himself and his spending. Good job, Mom! Need more like you!

I’ve known kids in high school who got fired for taking home food that was going to be thrown out. In most cities & states restaurants & fast food stores cannot give out food, to the homeless or needy, that would otherwise be thrown away, unless it’s uncooked & donated to a food pantry. Such a disgrace that food that could help feed the hungry has to instead end up in a landfill.

😂. So many memories. My momma was merciless about my first job in high school. I felt it when he said he was tired. I bet his mom was in his room bright and early and cheerful as hell reminding him about his chores, despite the 8 hour shift ending at 11:00p.m. This is the same mom who is 90 and I still do chores for.

Jay is an amazing one man show! Creating his own characters, storylines, dialogue, and tremendous talent as an actor (he plays the role of older women and "chicken head" chicks that I have met right here in Brooklyn so well you don't even notice the beard) I wish that at his age I'd had access to and the kind of know how he has when it comes to IT. My Girl and I are subscribed like many others (over a million evidently) and we love his sketches & wish him all the best. In Closing that story line about being from a long line of witches he did a around Halloween had us LAUGHING til we stopped more of that sort of stuff please. But we watch everything he posts regardless keep up the good work and I hope that yo REALLY blow up and SOON JAY you've got so much range and so many gifts. Godbless.
