Matt I really think that you should consider mounting the trike with two wheels at the bottom & one wheel up. Reverse of what you do now. This will bring the CG down and lifting the trike would not be as crazy .... (Honza also remarked).

i dont like the idea of having the chainring pointed down. Actually lifting this way is easy.. i just sort of made it look awkward in the video.
