It’s an issue with your service provider. You can call them for the port numbers to give ur network provider. Or you can look around the house for an extra pan cable lying around, I bet you’ll find one. The longer the better. Connect it to the back of the router and to ur ps4. Make sure the light where you plug the cable in is blinking on the router. Your good to go

Ziply Fiber came out and replaced my router with a newer one and all is fine with both my internet upload and PSN.

Did you download the latest update for the router? Try hardwiring the router to the PS.

The lan cable from the router should provide you with the proper connection because it's direct. Did you try updating your software?

I don't understand your question. If the IP address is successful then the internet must be working. Try restarting the router.
