My notes after watching this vid -hope it helps 1. Be thankful: everyday for the next 30 days try sending a grateful message that is specific and personal to a friend or family member you appreciate in your life. - Research says that when you have a thankful thought you can't have a worry-filled thought at the same time. - If you have a grateful thought you can't have an anxious thought at the same time. - Gratitude and anxiety can't rent space in your mind at the same time - For gratitude to be expressed it needs to expressed, specific and personal (you can't just say am grateful for the sky or water) 2. Inspiration: like anything else, inspiration is something that can be filled in when it's lacking, when you are out of inspiration like demotivated, stuck or lost all that means you're out of something it's like a car being out of gas, we just have to go fill it up again and it's soo important we just do that at the beginning of the day just like how you charge your phone over-night. - Jay mentions that he listened to the Steve jobs Stanford commencement speech everyday for 90 days. Find something that inspires you and make it your default motivation. 3. Meditation: Don't overthink or overdo this - simply for the next 30days simply in your schedule at 5mins at the beginning of the day and 5 at the end - Meditation is a meeting with yourself (like how everyday we check in with our friends our family members our kids our partners - meditation is a check-in with yourself) - In the morning ask yourself what is that one thing i need to do for myself today and at the end the day ask yourself how did that feel. 4. Exercise: For exercise to work well it needs to be competitive and collaborative. Humans simply work best when they are or think that they are held accountable, have the intention and consistently shows up for it and in a community. For the next 30days: - Trade your negativity with thankfulness - Trade your news with inspiration - Trade your notifications for meditation - Trade that noise with exercise And when you do that you'll be able to spend your morning time in a much more impactful, healthy and effective way.

Sometimes it's hard to feel grateful as we get in the habit of overlooking at the good things, while watching this video i got this idea of making a gratitude board(pictures of me , family friends etc that make me feel happy nd grateful ) look at it first thing and affirm it in my head.

Hello Jay, Thank you for the video today. You and your contents are very inspiring and there is always something that I can take away from you. When I left my country and moved to a country where I don't know anyone and anything, I was struggling every single day mentally and physically, But the book "Think like a monk" gave me a huge advice which is to talk to yourself with love. Since then, I started seeing things differently and telling myself "Take your time" whenever i feel like I am overthinking or being overwhelmed. My life has changed. I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. You are the best!

Thank you Jay! . This video is refreshing. I’m continually learning how to gain my inner peace and love. I have tending to looking at what I haven’t got, like lack. My inner peace requires a new perspective like gratitude and learn to be at peace with my past , bad decisions and all that’s affected my life in a negative way. Trying to leave it all behind and move forward- Do I just accept all that’s happened to me as a blessing? I thank you , Spiritual hugs Adrian 💚✨

What is the inspiration i need badly. I am so drained and depleted and heartbroken and wanted to give up. This vidoe of Jay showed today first thing in the morning Just like he watched Mac five Mins Oscar speech and Steve Jobs speech for over a month daily I am affirming watching this video daily as an inspiration for me. As for coaching wish could do but too expensive As for sharing and having connection with others is a tough. Tried and no success. People v selfish and don’t want to bother either So will take the first 3/4 part of this vid to heart and mind. And watch this daily. Amen. Thank you Jay

I am running 4 times a week plus two days where I work out. Sometimes I don't feel like doing none of them but afterward, I feel great and elated. I couldn't live without running, not just because I am fit and I look the way I want it but mentality helps me a lot. I don't meditate though but I think running is similar to meditation in some ways.

00:06 - Checking your phone first thing can overwhelm your mind. 01:19 - Practicing gratitude can eliminate anxiety and worries. 02:28 - Expressing gratitude specifically boosts happiness more than general thanks. 03:39 - Start your day with gratitude and inspiration for positive life changes. 04:36 - Incorporate daily inspiration to transform your mindset. 05:39 - Daily meditation enhances self-awareness and personal growth. 06:41 - Morning routines improve with solitude and collaborative exercise. 07:45 - Effective morning mastery requires coaching, commitment, and community.

I am not able to sleep well at night. I overthink things. I think about what will happen if things don't work out for me. I want to be better but my environment distracts me , I want to change me but I feel failed every time. Things are going out of control. I want to focus but the negative thoughts surround me. I want to talk with people about my insecurity but I feel , it is not going to change anything.
@abdulmalikumar58385 күн бұрын
Change your environment!! Put in the work and sacrifice. Find God & spirituality - or something similar that works for you. Train hard on your MIND. Its your greatest ally. Mindset is key.
@swati69215 күн бұрын
@@abdulmalikumar5838I tried to change my environment and it reduces my mental abilities, I can't change everyone around me I can't change their perspective and their mindset. I am looking forward to changing me.
@unwind44955 күн бұрын
I understand. It is said that you can't heal in the same environment you got sick. But it's not possible to change your external environment every time. What you can do is change what you have control on like stopping overthinking, being more mindful, thinking positive thoughts (easier said than done) but believe, it works. Your positive thoughts not only shape your behavior but also attract the things you think about. May things get better for you.

As great as this video and these tips are, the music is very distracting - makes it sound like a commercial. You have a lovely voice, the music silences it, not just in volume but also your message. This world already has too much noise and too many commercials.
