Not sure if this is old news but I've been testing this evening. Some of the characters that have different costumes (not just a colour change variant) will also have a different zombie variant. For example I have hot fuzz regular zombie variant, but I also have a few characters with the "suited up" zombie variant also. I've been testing for a few hours and there's some characters i just can't get to unlock as a different variant. But so far all but nick angel from hot fuzz have 2 zombie variants, number 5 and klaus from umbrella academy also have 2 zombie variants. If anyone could confirm if any other characters that would be great. My game has been an absolute nightmare when it comes to actually unlocking these for each character.
