Awesome interview! Great action plan! Just what I needed; all my problems melted away just by listening to this sweet lady! I'm gonna sit now for 10 minutes before my Lucy starts yapping. Thank you for this Jayson and Sharon ❤ "Love is an ability, not a feeling." That alone is huge! Gives me so much hope and faith bc I can work on it and cultivate it rather than believing that I've lost it at the mercy of velocity of myriads of feelings. Or just by removing the obstacles such as self criticism, guilt, etc, etc, it simply shines through...

I couldn't catch the name of the speaker that both of you are familiar with. _______ Rinpoche? Could you respond with the teacher? Thanks.

Therapy maybe a good idea to do in conjunction with meditation.... depending on the intensity.... Meditation is not the end answer re Trauma and intensity. A buddhist teacher, young, well known and successful actually killed himself at a point in his life. That to me is a lesson that therapy maybe needed in conjunction.
