1) it's a civil lawsuit not criminal And 2) it's true but it's different because the accuser is inconsistent
@AllTheHandlesTakenАй бұрын
There is no statute of limitations on that sort of crime in a lot of states. It's up there with murder on the books as far as the law is concerned. It could be a cold case or no initial case, and you could have done it 70 years ago. I can almost guarantee they won't here; the thing seems specious at best. But a judge would at least not throw it out if criminal charges were brought.
@TRESINGZFRАй бұрын
@@Justday216 A civil case can turn into a criminal case especially if more accusers come forward. Diddy’s case started as a civil case between him and Cassie and he paid after the complaint was filed, then more victims came out of the wood works and that video tape in the hotel came out of nowhere then the federal government started investigating and criminal federal charges were filed. Now the victims story definitely isn’t as cohesive and concise as Cassie’s (not saying she’s lying or telling the truth who knows) and as of yet there hasn’t been any actual evidence, but if more accusers come out with more consistent stories and any actual evidence then a criminal could be filed who knows 🤷♀️ I guess we just have to wait and see.
@blackromeoKOKАй бұрын
They didn't charge Bill criminally. They charged him civilly. Now did he do it, I genuinely don't know. We're talking about the era of sex and drugs. The era of people popping every kind of pill imagined, and they going around spreading "free love". So what I'm hearing is a celebrity in the sex and drug era, got drug for women...because that was the question that was asked. Not "did you drug women?" It was "did you get drugs for women?" Anyway, celebrity in the sex and drug era, got drugs for women, had sex with them... then...30 40 50 years later there's civil charges. Also civil cases are less...investigative than criminal ones. All this to say, I have no idea if Cosby was guilty or not. He could have been or he could have been railroaded. Both seem equally possible to me.

Also his energy on the beef has been weird, considering Kendrick's approach to Drake is what 50 did to Ja. But because of his alliance to Drake, he now has issues with it. Kendrick beefing at Drake is the same thing he did with Ja back in 2002. Ja was the #1 artist back in 2002/2003, but it wasn't a problem then.

Hip hop is global NFL is american...believe me no one cares about nfl except from americans..but at the same time everyone in my country heard the song not like us...and apart from that specific song we have our own hip hop as most countries (or all) we just respect american hip hop cause they are the og..but we dont even have american football (i dont even know the rules, only the concept) we have our own sports that most likely are even bigger than NFL (european football FIFA) And i might be way wrong here but i think the hip hop industry (the american only) makes more money than nfl..if you add all the artists together

I dont think its a matter of not being bright. All musicians fall under the giant of the music of industry, only a few white men run it.
